David Tiffany is a Paralegal/Advocate in the law firm of Wyner & Tiffany.  As a Paralegal/Advocate, he assists with intake & consultations of prospective clients, review of records, case analysis, case management, preparation & attendance at IEPs, mediations & due process hearings, in addition to the preparation of documents for filing in federal court.

Mr. Tiffany, who is the brother of Marcy J.K. Tiffany, is a graduate of Long Beach State University and received his paralegal certification from the UCLA Attorney Assistant Training Program.  His background includes service as an officer in the United States Air Force, and Director of the Writers Group on the White House staffs for Presidents Reagan and Bush.
